The next day.
Cerberus has now set up shop in San Andreas.
The meeting between the unknown leader of Cerberus and the Mayor is underway.
The Mayor is interested in forming an alliance between Cerberus.
But first, he want's to see what Cerberus is made of, and what they can do!
MISSION: Prove to the city Mayor that you can handle just about anything!
