Derek Clark is still missing, and he is wanted. Mayor and Sheriff, with the help of Deputy Lucy will preform investigation in order to find out his location, and his next moves, as he is fighting for predominance over Red County.

Beside that problem, new problems accour in Red County, involving triads and their leader Wo Zi Mu (Wozzie), as they are buying casino in Palomino Creek, while their rivals doesn't like that idea.

What will the Sheirff do to keep Red County safe and protected?
