At One Day .. He finds A Gang Member in his own Mansion and realises that his mansion is going to blow up ....Hence he Has to set Out and Locates that Gang's Hideout ...as well as Eliminate Their Boss ..........

Then you have to search the thief hiding in your neighbourhood.
(HINT:Search around the bridge in front of the mansion)

@Faizdon123 : Adventurer is right.I am very apologetic about such delayed response.I was too engrossed in designing my missions.
@Adventurer:Just now I saw your doubt in gta forums.The solution is you have to get back to the main entrance door of the boss' Mansion.
