After the attack on Claude at Pier 69, the cops sent another group of SWATs to intercept you and Claude.
The SWATs are going to attack you from all sides so always look for cover because they have got bigger guns this time.
Once the SWATs are down, you will steal a car that is parked right at the entrance at Pier 69 and drive it back to Grove street.
