Year 1998. Los Santos,city with biggest crime rate in San Andreas is often devastated by local mob wars with goal of controling the whole city by 3 major families Scarletti,Carlson and Luchero.
One day Russian mobsters smuggled a expensive army chip into San Andreas in order to sell it to the goverment at high price. Luchero mob found out about the package and sent their mobsters to steal it from Russians. Carlson mob found out about the package as well and decided to get it aswell. Luchero and Carlson mob actualy made an alliance and decided to share the money they got. Don Scarletti found out about the package and wanted it for himself. He sends his best man to get it for him.
