To everyone's surprise, Jizzy is alive and has come back to take over his lost wealth and business. But there is someone who is troubling him - The Mafia.

They have abducted his women and are torturing them to reveal Jizzy's location. Their plan is to destroy his property and business - The Pleasure Domes. So Jizzy has called for the help of a gangster (the player) - OG Maria (a.k.a. the Hitwoman).

Maria has to rescue all the girls and kill all the mafia who are hiding in the military base. She has to be ready for a total massacre. During the shootout, no woman should be killed or else this will result in a huge loss for Jizzy.

During the mission, she will face a few tricky situations. She has to think before she acts. If she completes her task properly, Jizzy will be saved and Maria will be rewarded.
