This is GTA San Andreas :Las Ventuaras For Ever
When Carl Johnson leaves Las Ventuaras to go to Los Santos in 1992 a person named Randy B.Stiffman takes power in 1993.
Story:
A storyline built on protagonist Randy B. Stiffman (If u visited Las Ventuaras then there are gardens or apartment blocks named on him) with his Brother William.They go on an Adventure to become the richest people in Las Ventuaras controlling the gangs ,politics as well as property. He had a crime life but his brother forces him to begin crimelife again.They loot a store ,hide the money,kill the mayor,buy mayor's property,contest for elections,kill the rivals,do a deal,kill the head president,kill casino's owners and buy their property,kill the mafia and triad boss,destroy some evidences but when police tries to bust them with some evidence they leave the post of mayor and takes an oath never to start a crime life.
