American Authority II introduces new characters and a new plot line.
Devon Archilles is a former FBI agent and military soldier who is called upon by an current FBI agent named James Michaels after a once thought dead criminal group resurfaces. James and Devon travel to the Los Santos FBI Headquarters to plan their first attack on the former black market organization turned terrorist cell.
