It's the year 2015, the world is under control of a single government, what we call "New World Order". However, the economy is not going well, with corrupt government and military.
In Los Santos Countryside, a ordinary Police officer named Taylor Greene, which has a wife and kids, does his work to protect the Countryside from anything that can happen. However, cases of cannibalism and murder of innocent people is getting more and more common in the countryside of Los Santos, leading to a serious investigation of the Los Santos Police Department. While Taylor investigates a possible cause that leaded people to doing such things, is run over by a apparently degoverned car, when he wakes up, he doesn't know where he is, but decides to try and go back home. What he sees is: There is no more home.
