Dave gets called by F.B.I. Agent Roger to tell him that he found a guy who was a F.B.I. agent in the past. But the boss fired him in July because he found out this guy was drug dealing. Roger sends Dave to cuff the guy before he finishes his trade for money with Da Nang Boys from San Fierro.
