Here, you have to blast off City and Planning Department building situated in Las Venturas..

I wont disclose anything more. It would be better if you play the mission and find out yourself.
This mission is actually easy. It was meant to bring a new technique of DYOM : Self Destruction Countdown.

It was nice and very good mission
i like finding door on behind of building and last chase is very incredible
