You play as Cobra, a professional killer.

Because of the damaged that was caused to
the Gant Bridge in the last mission, its blocked
to traffic to prevent the bridge from collapsing.
The Boss invites you to his home to speak of the
'Someone' who knows about Mr Wang. after being
brought to Bayside via Jack's boat, The boss tells you
his latest plan on kidnapping Mr Tashianto who knows
where Mr Wang is. Mr Tashianto roams around with a lot of protection, he wants to leave the City because he is afraid that The Boss wants to get him for his knowledge on the Wangs. Lucky for you, Mr Tashianto lives in Bayside so the only way to leave is Boat, Helicopter or the Bayside tunnel. The boss sends his men to the Bay and Helipad to prevent Tashianto from leaving. Now he must use the tunnel. there are 3 boats coming from the city with material to block off the tunnel. these material is then loaded into trucks and are transported to the tunnel where the Boss's men set the roadblock. you get a truck & drive it to the tunnel. later you and many others kill off all of Mr Tashianto's protection then Jack forces him into a car & you are supposed to transport Mr Tashianto to a helicopter where he will be taken to a hidden location for torcher. after dropping him off, The boss calls & says that Mr Hussain is impressed & gave you a place to stay in Bayside because of the Bridge.
