Story:Tom set up a deal with a guy
who is willing to exchange a SWAT Truck
that Cobra used in the last mission for an
Infernus. Cobra agrees to take Tom to the
deal but not everything goes as planned.

Background: San Fierro is still in fear
& no cars are seen in the streets. only some
brave civilians roam around the city to get
jobs done.
