Tactical Crime is a storyline base on the game, this mission has not been tested yet and has indeed not fixed, if you play the mission you may experience crashes on PT4 Mission of the game. We are truely sorry for the situation and will not be continued anymore to finish and fix this.
The only way to play this game perfectly is to delete the following on DSL Folder
_AUTORUN
_INTRO.DAT
_OUTRO.DAT
_STORY.DAT
PT1
PT2
PT3
PT4
PT5
PT6
After deleting the following files you may now play the game 1 by 1 mission.
Please Read the README.txt before playing.

i played it and it was great you just gotta keep making these without crashes i couldn't play pt4 and pt6
