This happens right after the last mission in the original game.You play as Sweet and you have to find Jeffrey(OG Loc) and take him out for stabbing you in the back.You go to OG LOC's house and he is nowhere to find.You pay Big Bear a visit and he decides to help in exchange for his life.
This is a 6:00 Timed Mission.The given time should be enough.
