Two observations:
1) The mission "To live or die in Los Santos" was crashing the GTA SA so I put it out of the pack. You can download that mission here: http://dyom.gtagames.nl/show/29077

2) A bug mades the final mission of the pack, the bank robbery, appears after you do some mission of the friends. If this happens, let the "$" to after. This is the last mission of the pack.
