Some Russian Terrorists have bought a shipment which is carrying a bomb which may destroy whole New York. So, the Special Ops is sent to secure the port and throw the bomb at the sea to refuse it. This is the beginning of my new Story 'Special Ops'

i get a 5 star wanted level as soon as the mission starts, its kinda unplable without cheats at the moment

It's because you spawn at Restricted area. Sorry for turning off the wanted level.
