Story:
The story is set at the state of San Andreas, where crimes spread all over the towns. Clair Whitaker is a man who has devoted his life to be a private investigator for his whole life. He has solved many cases than any other detectives in the state, giving him the award, "The Most Successful" by the
president.

Once again, a homicide happened on a fine night. But this time, it's not just like some other cases, it's a case that will be put his skills to the test. Clair will face unexpected challenges that will be his greater struggle.
