You'll be playing as four characters.

Shannon: One of the main protagonists who lives in Vinewood. He works for Allen.
Allen: Shannon's "boss" friend. Allen is a car racer who owns a big ass industry at Ocean Docks.
Gerard: A car racer as well. He lives in Las Venturas and owns a factory which gets shut down by Las Venturas' mayor.
Gabriel: FBI Agent who lives in San Fierro and is requested to pick up Las Venturas' mayor from the airport.

Antagonist:
Las Venturas' Mayor: Main villain. He is evil and he kills people at nights without others to know. He flies to San Fierro and Los Santos to talk to their mayors about his vicious plan on getting all car racers and drifters out of San Andreas and hell maybe even kill them all.
