The STAG Forces decided to launch an attack to Jefferson.
Jefferson is just a place where the Glen Park & East L.A Ballas have as a reunity point besides it unite those 2.
You have to take Jefferson to put the Glen Park & East L.A Ballas divisions against the wall. But... for some reason some others could be there with the Ballas too.
