Missions are senseless (spoilers!):
A policeman must kill lots of criminals alone.
A future SWAT soldier must kill lots of SWAT soldiers, lol. And at first he must run around San-Fierro airport for nothing.
Then the soldier goes to a ship to kill more criminals with his team. But his teammates don't help him.
Then wars between police and Vagos. Just a line of Vagos and a line of policemen stand in front of each other and shoot. Why do
