Story:
A person, identified as "The Ice Cream Man", wants to open an Ice Cream Business in San Andreas. But he needs a trustworthy partner. Additionaly, some old companies doesn't want them to establish a business. Can the Ice Cream Man and his friend, Joey, succesfully do it?
