Short summary of the mission:

2 hours after Scott and Dwayne killed Frankie, notification about Frankie getting killed spreads to Garry, his older brother and one of the most powerful people in Los Santos. In the meantime, Scott and Thomas start thinking about engaging back to their old 'take team'. However, in order to do that, they have to get in touch with the rest of the crew.
