Short summary of the mission:

Billy decides he wants a new car and Thomas decides to introduce him to Ruben. However, when they get there, Ruben decides to make another kind of deal with Thomas and Billy. That deal seems pretty legit, but the problem is that it only seems that way. You see some very interesting scenes and conversations in this mission.
