Lenny Giffard, a new detective from the SFPD. He's "The Truth's Right Hand", as his mates call him. He's famous by his intelligence and using his highly developed observational skills.
Recently he moved to the LVPD as he got an offer to get over there in order to solve the crimes and murders going down there.
His boss Dixon Diaz, introduced him to his partner onwards, Edgar Willie.
Now, they have to team up and trust each other to overpass this anarchy and lawlessness.

The point of making this is to make the player fall in love with the innovation of the cases and how the story progresses, and especially, the development of the characters throughout the story.
