Ron Johnson is high ranked America's criminal that'll do anything just for money, when he was 12 years old, his family got killed by a dealer, he got adopted by a police officer named "William" and meet with "Sean". Eighteen years later he moved to Liberty City and leaving San Andreas and his brother. 2 years later on Liberty City, he got fired by his boss. He decided to come back to San Andreas and join Sean's drug dealing business, but it wouldn't easy to build a business there because so many mafia, gangster or anything else that related with crime organization. They must work together to keep their business still alive and make a money together
