Staff lives a quiet life, being leader of the Mafia CN and C4 (Controller) of the Government, but something will happen that will change the course of the whole story.

Administrative Rivalry

Description of the mission:
Staff will in an attempt to negotiate with the Yakuza, the rival of the Mafia CN.

TASKS:
Head shots:
Kill 5 enemies with a headshot.
Mission time:
Complete within 6:00.
The Great Flying:
Go to the deposit using the CN's helicopter.
Unmarked:
Complete with minimal damage to health and armor.
