Once a unofficial Gang, Downtown Killerz were having their small territory at Downtown(Near Michelle Workshop House) They all were equal with each other no one rules them. After all Gang Green were trying to take over Downtown. Randy and Frank must have to get Downtown Killerz free from Gang Green. All they both are working for their Gang.
