Story:
Los Santos, 2015, a week earlier... Matthew Grey, the LS Bikers leader got caught by the police but made a deal with them. Become an informant and reduce his prison sentence so that's want he did. He told them about the LS Biker's meeting with the SF Bikers so the police came and killed every biker there. Every biker from the LS Bikers club were killed except for Jim and Johnny. A week later... After get armed, Johnny and Jim decide it's time to avenge their fallen brothers and kill Matthew
