In 2013, where is gang war happened in entire San Andreas. Four gang has been created - Green Mayhem, The Bad Boys, San Fierro Gangster and The MAFIA. Johnny, joined Green Mayhem to use them as his shield. He working with Sparky to eliminate other gang in San Andreas. But, will Green Mayhem lead to the victory?
