Go to the chopper. The Ballas have killed the pilot. Kill them, get the keycard and enter the chopper. Go to the top of Big Smoke Warehouse. It will teleport you to inside. Get the armor&healt. Go floor by floor and found Big Smoke and kill him. Be carefull, he have many guards.
