On the middle of the year between 1972 and 1978, with San Fierro supporting Las Venturas whose main objective is to make San Andreas a sovereign country and fall out of the United States. With only Los Santos supporting the fact that San Andreas must remain one of the 51 states of the United States, both sides must conduct a peaceful agreement and agree on only one opinion. The heating argument of both sides that got worse and worse turns to a bloody war that took the lives of the 34% of San Andreas' population in just one year after the civil war started.

In this mission, you will take over the role of Sergeant Andrei Dillimore, an infantry leader from Los Santos, with his men who are tasked to take out Colonel Salvatore Redsands, one of the main leader of the side of Las Venturas and San Fierro, to weaken their strength and help Los Santos to get back on its feet.
