The Vice Kings has turns against Ben King of the leader of the Vice Kings, in Stilwater, playa have to destroy the building where Vice Kings are in, once that's done, playa have to meet Johnny Gat, Julius Little and Ben King to fight against the Vice Kings as the end, Tanya Winters have to die by putting a bullet by her head because she betrayed Ben King. So that's end of the line for Tanya Winters, as well as fall of the Vice City.

Everything is base on Saints Row in Stilwater.
