Free-Roaming Los Santos v1.0 (2-Players)

I'm creating Free Roam Los Santos in DYOM version, but I make this multiplayer to take out the bellas. Go on a rampage but this is a work in progress.
Too bad in the original free roaming Los Santos, player 2 have to select a person and player 1 stay as CJ and removing distance limit ini.file is pretty much useless.
