Description:
Outbreak has started from 1989,
Location LV, a few scientists were testing experiments in their lab. Was a mistake, an intruder busted in to steal the Green Light Toxic, suddenly it feel into the ground which spill all around the lab.
It hits a few humans leading them to spread around Las Venturas.
