13 years after Mike Toreno has summoned Carl Johnson for the last time have passed, and now our beloved secret agent is back - in the crosshairs of our new protagonist, Agent Anthony - a former Captain in the USMC. This new character is ordered by his superiors to eliminate Toreno. Be careful, agency work isn't as cool as it's shown in the movies.
