My best mission ever! You have to kill a lawyer who is having a lecture in the Los Santos City Hall then you must drive in his car, first to a bridge, then to a gas station in Whetstone for another mission (I will post that soon).

Tips:
I recommend you not kill the lawyer directly next to him with those many people because:
*You might get killed.
*GTA San Andreas might crash.

Be careful while driving the lawyer's car (a black Premier), it's handling doesn't seem to be good at high speeds.
