The last mission you get from the Epsilon backpacker, this is the sequel to "The Mayor of Los Santos". In this mission, before he dies, he wants you to kill the officer who mortally shot him in a cutscene in the previous mission. You must go to the police station and kill two of the officers before the third, who happens to be the one. Afterwards, go to the hospital to tell the Epsilon guy you've killed him, and he dies shortly afterwards, after showing a cutscene with Ghost Tags, you must drive the hearse to the cemetery the a cutscene shows his burial, then the mission ends in front of the famous "Families 4 Life" ghost graffiti, a reference to the next mission called "Ghost Graffiti".
