some people are kidnapped from San fierro,one day they returned and killed many people and dissappeared ,so 3 police officers went in search if them but did not return,so special organisation S.O. recruits van helsing and his brother marksin.they go to an abandoned meat factory and van helsing gets killed by dustan Dracula,but van returns,but dustan's brother count Dracula kills all the members of S.O and finally van helsing kills Dracula
but he did not know one thing count Dracula is vampire lord and will return
