The story takes place 1 year after the events of Vice City.
Oswald Belcher. A criminal who got out of the LC Prison,plans to start a new life with his cousin in the sunny land of Vice City.However,things don't go as expected,and Oswald is forced to re-enter the criminal underworld.
In this mission,you will drive with Jimmy to a dealer to get weapons,but the Forelli mafia is also after Jimmy.You have to use your skills from Liberty City,to stay alive.
Bonus Challenge : Keep the Dealer alive.
