NOTE - THIS MISSION CAN ONLY BE PLAYED IN SAN VICE
The story takes place 1 year after the events of Vice City.
Oswald Belcher. A criminal who got out of the LC Prison,plans to start a new life with his cousin in the sunny land of Vice City.However,things don't go as expected,and Oswald is forced to re-enter the criminal underworld.
In this mission,after you arrive with Jimmy in the boatyard,you start looking for the guy you want dead. However,things get interesting and at the end a stranger comes in a black Sentinel.
Bonus Challenge : Kill only ten enemies with the M4. Then use only the Tec9.
