The story takes place 1 year after the events of Vice City.
Oswald Belcher. A criminal who got out of the LC Prison,plans to start a new life with his cousin in the sunny land of Vice City.However,things don't go as expected,and Oswald is forced to re-enter the criminal underworld.

In this mission,you realize that the man in the black sentinel is Tommy Vercetti himself,the man who runs this town. He helps you find a lieutenant of the Forelli mafia who knows about the man that Oswald wants dead.

Bonus Challenge : Kill 5 enemies and defeat the lieutenant with a SMG or Machine gun (Uzi,tec9)
