-The rifa have a plan to destroy the triads

The Grand Theft
-Cesar's car has been stoled by Otto the owner of Otto's autos in order to make a quick buck as the car is extremly valuable. Cesar tasks you (CJ) to get it back
-Army Man
Toreno calls you to do something for him
