I couldn't find Og Loc.

You can find him hiding in Cesar direct way.

I found Og loc only when I got close to where he was but you cannot see him before the cutscene starts, that’s why it took me awhile to find him.

That was long path at starting and the cops were making distraction too. So, you better try the mission yourself before posting it. BTW The mission was excellent and yes if it will be a MP, I would like to play it.
