3 prisoners (Ronald, Lenny and Crow) escape from the Las Venturas Police Department, and they are flown out of the city from the help of Crow's friend but the are soon surrounded by the San Andreas police during their flight in an airplane. So they end up skydiving and Crow is the only one that can take out all the cops that are after them.
