You are Mike Harper, the son of a deceased San Andreas Navy pilot. You seek to become a helicopter pilot yourself to join the war against TRIDENT, an international evil military organization, but you feel responsible for your father's death as you were flying the helicopter that killed him.
You're getting rejected by your flight instructor and then the city gets attacked by TRIDENT troops and aircrafts. All pilots are dead, the only things that can stop TRIDENT are you and a small armed helicopter.
