Toni Cipriani is a big man in Liberty. But in San andreas - not at all. He lent some money for SA businessman and wants his money back. So he arrives at San Andreas, Los Santos with his two Mafia bodyguards. Agent 69 was asked to do the job. Agent 69 gonna make this. Asshole Cipriani one day had sold out that businessman in Vice City when then he was only a Mafia Leader. So the Businessman (mystery) wants revenge. And THAT job will be done. Agent 69 will do it.
