A rebellion, instigated by terrorists, has broken out in Las Venturas against the current government and the CIA is unable to find the well hidden rebel outposts. Fortunately, the leader does a slip-up and agent Ramirez discovers the location to an outpost. Help him infiltrate the outpost.
