The mission starts with a Balla killing a Grove Street member named Tyrone. 1 day later Terrance (Grove Street Member) runs to Franklin (Grove Street Member, also the guy you are playing with) and tells him that Tyrone, his best friend is dead. Franklin gets really mad and goes to Emmet to get a couple of guns to kill Ballas in Glen Park. When he does that, he hears a voice say Franklin under the bridge. When he goes there he sees Tyrone laying really injured on the floor. Franklin says to get him to the hospital, but Tyrone refuses, because it's too late. The last scene of the mission is Franklin visiting Tyrone's grave.
