I made this after playing Its Kev3nGaming's The Green Sabre Alternative Version (Ending B). I wanted to help Ryder's character have a bigger role like he originally had in the early stages of GTA San Andreas. The mission is a bit rusty though, I've only used DYOM for a few weeks.
